The Economic Development Council of Collier County, in conjunction with area land owners, developers, and other key business leaders have assembled several sites that are available to relocating and expanding businesses in Collier County. Please review the complete information and market profiles on each of the certified sites available listed below. Additional smaller sites, office space or temporary leased facilities throughout the county may be available. Contact the EDC directly and we will work together to provide you a complete site selection package for targeted industries including health and life sciences, computer software, services and distribution.

	Ave Maria Both sales and leasing of commercial property are available in several locations and at various pricing levels in Ave Maria. Office and industrial product includes raw land as well as pre-built facilities. Office and retail product are available in both commercial and mixed-use areas. 	City Gate City Gate, located in Naples, Florida, contains 288 acres zoned for commercial, light industry, office, warehouse and distribution. The site also features over 300 feet of frontage on Collier Boulevard. City Gate is located at Interstate 75 and Collier Boulevard in eastern Collier County. 	Gopher Ridge Need land and lots of it? The Gopher Ridge property is located adjacent to the Florida Tradeport/Immokalee Regional Airport, and is approximately 1,760 acres. Gopher Ridge also falls into the Immokalee Enterprise Zone, which is an added benefit of the site. The site is owned by Consolidate Citrus and is known as the Gopher Ridge Grove, the site has no physical street address but it is located off of highway 29 in Immokalee, Florida. Read More

	Tradeport Technology Park As availability of industrial land has reached a critical level in rapidly growing south Florida, the Tradeport Technology Park site offers several hundred acres of useable industrial land. The Economic Development Council of Collier County has predicted a 2,700-acre deficit in industrial land within the next 15 years, and has identified Immokalee as the projected “industrial hub” for the area.
